Suitable for couples and families, the apartment is ideally situated as a base to explore the Costa Blanca inland as well as coastal areas, being only 35 minutes from Alicante airport, 10 - 15 minutes from the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardama and less than 1o minutes from La Finca Algorfa golf course.
The apartment is situated on the ground floor and consists of 2 bedrooms ( one double and one small ) large lounge, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a balcony.

Situated in an area renowned for its healthy climate, not far from the world famous salt lakes, summer
temperatures well into the 80s, with mild winters around 60°f makes this an ideal place for a winter break.
About 1 hour's drive to Benidorm and many more attractions within 30 mins' driving. The safari park at Elche
has go-carting, camel rides, pony rides plus many other attractions including bars, and cafes.
The seaside town of Torrevieja is only 30 mins' drive away.

Almoradi has an excellent night life from Spanish tapas bars to English run bars, cafes, restaurants, karaoke bars and casinos. There's a big market on Saturdays in the town square where you can pick up some great bargains.
The town offers an endless choice of shops, shops and more shops such as clothes, shoes ,electric goods and many more.
Almoradi boasts a ten pin bowling alley, snooker and pool rooms, play parks, theatre and at the center of it all is the fabulous church square. Not to mention all the festivals.

Transfer from airport can be arranged, guests can be met by an English key holder and shown around the
apartment if required.
A small amount of essential groceries can be provided for your arrival. This can include water, tea, coffee, milk, wine, bread etc if required ( these will be payable for upon your arrival to the key holder ).
Towels and bedding changed once a week.
Change over day is Saturday, check in time on arrival 4 pm, check out time on day of departure 12 noon, (these times are flexible if we have no back to back bookings) please take these times into consideration when booking your flights.

Strictly no smoking except on the balcony
Parties over 4 will be charged £25 for each extra person per week
All breakages must be replaced or paid for ( don't mind the odd cup or glass )
25% of rental cost or £50 which ever is the greatest must be paid when booking, the remainder of the balance 6 weeks before date of holiday
The deposit is non refundable
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations after balance has been paid ,50% of balance refunded up to 4 weeks to arrival date, 25% refunded up to 2 weeks to arrival date, less than 2 weeks to arrival date no refund is given.
